Google Calendar
Google Calendar is a widespread calendar tool provided by Google. Connecting it to ACE Meetings will allow us to:
- Look at your calendar in order to verify your availability;
- Create and edit events in your calendar when a meeting is scheduled;
With this integration, we have different permission sets for different types of accounts. Here is what they are:
Google Organisation Accounts
For Google Calendar, we require this set of permissions:
- See and download any calendar that you can access using your Google Calendar
For your Basic Account information, we require this set of permissions:
- See your primary Google Account email address
- See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly available
If you ever want to remove ACE Meetings’ access to your account, you can do so by going to your Google Account, in the Data and Privacy tab, under Third-Party apps with access.
