Office 365
Office 365 is a widespread calendar tool provided by Microsoft. Connecting it to ACE Meetings will allow us to:
- Look at your calendar in order to verify your availability;
- Create and edit events in your calendar when a meeting is scheduled;
With this integration, we have different permission sets for different types of accounts. Here is what they are:
Requested Permissions
For Office 365, we require this set of permissions:
-
Maintain access to data you have given ACE access to. This allows ACE to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give ACE any additional permissions.
-
Read your profile . ACE will be able to read your profile.
For Office Calendar, we require this set of permissionsȘ
-
Have full access to your calendars. ACE will be able to read, update, create and delete events in your calendars.
-
Read your calendars. ACE will be able to read events in your calendars
If you ever want to remove ACE Meetings’ access to your account, you can do so by going to your Microsoft Account, under Privacy, and then clicking on Apps and services that can access your data.
