How Do I Create a Phone Call Meeting?

If you want to call or be called by your clients when a meeting is booked, this can be easily achieved within ACE Meetings by changing your meeting location. So, you can have one-on-one or round-robin that are handled through phone calls.

How Do I Select Phone Calls as a Location

Whether you're creating a new meeting type or editing an existing one, you can always choose Phone Call as a location. The first thing you have to do is click on the dropdown and select Phone Call.

Once you did that, you will be prompted to choose one of two options: should you call the client at the time of the meeting, or should the client call you. Choose either one before clicking "Save".

Choosing to Call Your Guest at the Time of the Meeting

If you want to start the call, you will have to pick the first option. This will automatically add a question that will prompt the client to add their phone number.

Choosing to be Called by Your Guest at the Time of the Meeting

If you want to start the call, you will have to pick the second option. This will automatically request that you add your phone number. Once the meeting has been booked, your client will be informed that they need to call you and will be given the phone number.
