How Do I Set My Meeting Availability?

Setting your meeting’s availability will let you decide the hours you want people to be able to book a meeting with you. In this section, you can choose the days you’re available, the hours, and what your preferred times are.

By default, ACE Meetings will set the available booking time from 9 AM to 5 PM every weekday. This means that, at any given time in this interval on a working day, someone can book a meeting with you.

In order to tweak this you must first answer the following questions:

• When do I want people to book meetings with me?
• How quickly into my working day do I want to have meetings?
• Up until which hour am I comfortable having calls?

Let’s go through them one by one!

When do I want people to book meetings with me?

This, plainly, should target the days you want people to book calls. You might have one dedicated day to do this (eg. Monday, from morning until the afternoon) or you might only allow a two-hour period during each working day.

How quickly into my working day do I want to have meetings?

When you answer this question, you have to ask yourself what’s the earliest hour you want to have a meeting. For example, if you start work at 9 AM every day, are you comfortable having your first meeting scheduled at the same time?

Up until which hour am I comfortable having calls?

Lastly, when you answer this question you decide on the hour at which you want calls to end. For example, with ACE Meeting’s default hour (5 PM), your last call would end at this hour. Anything past is marked as “unavailable”.

How Do I Customize My Availability?

In order to tweak the default availability in SocialBee, you can take any of the following steps:

How Do I Customize My Timezone?

At the top of your meeting availability setting, you can choose to change the timezone of your meeting. Keep in mind that ACE Meetings will use your calendar’s timezone when adding a new meeting so, if you live in that timezone, there is no need to change it.

However, you can always do that using the dropdown list at the top left corner of this section.
