How Do I Reschedule a Meeting?
As soon as you have a meeting booked, you can head to your ACE Meetings dashboard. On the upper half of the screen, you will see your upcoming meetings. If you see a meeting that should be canceled, you can click on the designated button.
You will be redirected to a new page, where you have to choose a new date from the calendar.
The next step is to fill in the reschedule reasoning as well as review some details about the client: their name, email address, and what they want to discuss in this meeting. Once you’re done, just click “Schedule” and you’re done! Your client will be notified about this via email.
