As soon as you have a meeting booked, you can head to your ACE Meetings dashboard. On the upper half of the screen, you will see your upcoming meetings. If you see a meeting that should be canceled, you can click on the designated button.
You will be redirected to a new page, where you have to fill in a reason for the cancellation - here, you can drop as many details as necessary! Once you’re done, just click “Cancel” and you’re done! Your client will be notified about this via email.
