Setting your availability in-depth within ACE Meetings might not be available (but we are working on it), however, that doesn't mean there is no workaround without editing your Meeting Type.
How Do I Block Off a Few Hours?
To block off your availability for a couple of hours in a day, all you have to do is head to your Calendar and create a new event. Once you did that, you can give it a meaningful name, double-check you are set as Busy, and click Save. For both Google and Office 365, by default, the events will be marked as busy for events that last a few hours.

To block off your availability for a couple of hours in a day, all you have to do is head to your Calendar and create a new event. Once you did that, you can give it a meaningful name, double-check you are set as Busy, and click Save. For both Google and Office 365, by default, the events will be marked as free for events that last the whole day.
So once you set up your ACE account, you just need to make sure that your calendar is kept up to date, including (larger) periods of time when you’re not available.
